Our Story

PenLin Tech grew from a long-standing passion for building technology properly and running projects effectively.

As director of PenLin Tech my Technology career began in the early 2000's. Working hands-on with structured cabling, seeing first-hand how infrastructure was evolving and how critical a solid physical foundation is to everything that sits on top of it. As standards advanced and projects became larger and more complex, my role naturally expanded from installation into design and project delivery.

After a decade, learning the logical side of networking and security felt like a natural progression. Bringing together physical infrastructure, logical design, and operational requirements. With a background founded in backbone infrastructure design and installation, I understand how technology environments fit together in the real world. This made the logical concepts simpler to learn and understand.

Working on large, multi-site and multinational contracts highlighted something that is at the foundation of PenLin Tech principles. Even the best design and implementation can be let down by poorly managed projects. Clear scope and planning, paired with concise communication and strong coordination are key to success.
